SEPALS TEACHER EXAM MARKS ENTRY

UPLOAD (Roman Urdu):
1. cPanel File Manager mein /home/modevqhr/sepals.online kholein.
2. Maujooda teacher aur admin folders ka backup lein.
3. SEPALS_Teacher_Exam_Entry.zip isi sepals.online folder mein upload aur Extract karein.
4. Same-name files par Overwrite karein. Koi folder DELETE na karein.
5. Admin login ke saath ye link kholein:

6. Pehli dafa Enable Exam Entry dabayein. SQL import ki zaroorat nahi.
7. Exam, Teacher/Class/Subject assignment aur Total Marks select karein.
8. Open Teacher Entry dabayein.

TEACHER:

Teacher login > Exam Marks Entry > Open Entry.
Marks likhein, ya waqai absent student ke liye Absent select karein.
Save Draft se adhoori entry save hogi.
Sab students complete hone par Submit to Admin karein.

ADMIN REVIEW:
Admin > Exams > Teacher Exam Review.
Review kholein. Check karke Approve & Lock Marks dabayein.
Approved marks existing exam results/reports mein aa jayenge.
Correction ke liye Reopen / Refresh Student List, note likhein,
teacher se dobara submit karwayein aur phir approve karein.
Reopening does not delete existing official results.

ASSIGNMENTS / TOTAL MARKS:
Existing Diary Teacher Assignments se class/section/subject links use hote hain.
Teacher assignment aur exam ki academic session same honi chahiye.
Subject Class Subjects mein hona chahiye, including any exam replacement.
Total Marks existing admin subject total se match karna chahiye.
Teacher maximum marks, subjects or other teachers' classes change nahi kar sakta.
Completed exam teacher entry ko lock karta hai; admin reopening ke liye exam
status ongoing kare.
Only the new tp_exam_jobs table is installed. Existing tables are not dropped,
and attendance, QR settings, GPS, diary, accounts and passwords are untouched.
Opening an entry adds the subject maximum only if no admin maximum exists.
Zero and explicit Absent are stored separately. New teacher zero marks show
as zero in exam_marks_report; its existing legacy zero-as-Absent rule is retained
for old marks. Standard class register recognizes explicit Absent remarks.

Shared report theme files are included as required dependencies.

VALIDATION:
28 local MariaDB workflow checks passed, including section/ownership scope,
invalid and partial marks, stale forms, draft persistence, review locks,
concurrent edits, reopening and interrupted approval recovery.
The test exam_marks table used MyISAM, matching the supplied database schema.
PHP 8.3 syntax passed. Mobile/desktop UI sample checked; mobile Absent controls
fit the screen and action buttons do not cover student fields.
Live hosting execution was not available. Verify one teacher entry after upload.
The database's existing unique exam/student/subject key is required.
Approval uses compare-and-update writes to protect concurrently edited marks.
If interrupted mid-publication, already saved rows remain and approval can be
retried. Conflicts require reopen/review, not blind replacement.
